Introduction:1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept TT(Bank Transfer), Western Union and Money Gram. Please submit the full payment in advance, add merchandise price with the shipping cost. We do not accept paypal.

2. How about Taxes, Customers, Duties?
We take no responsibility for costs incurred to customers importing our goods from China, it is your responsibility to clear it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

3. How and when are products normally sent?
Once payment has been cleared and products will be packed with care within 1-3 working days. We always send by EMS, DHL, UPS with tracking number.

4. How long will I receive my order after I place?
It normally take 3-7 days arrive the destination.

5. After the goods have been dispatched, can I trace my goods and check on their status?
Yes, after the products shipped, our sales representative will send the tracking number to you, then, you can track it online.

6. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Report any damages during shipment to us immediately. Please report damage to the Express. We will help ask compensation for you.

7. How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) for your order within 24 hours of sending your payment. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder.

8. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of payment, often same day.

9. Can I pick up the item to avoid having to pay shipping/handling costs?
We do not allow local pickups for security reasons.

10. Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple units?
Of course, this is reasonable. Just talk with our sales representatives, they will help you.
